Dhaval Packaging Pvt. Ltd is one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers of IML and other plastic containers.

Started out with conventional plastic containers, back in 2004, now we are supplying IML containers to various industries across India since nearly a decade.

DPPL is a team of more than 120 committed individuals with a manufacturing facility spread over a total area of 25,000 sq ft. Using our more than 20 Production lines and cutting-edge technology, we are able to manufacture more than 60 lac containers each month.

Inception of New Venture

DPPL started its journey in 1998. The business started supplying Amul and Haldiram for its butter containers and soan papdi boxes using 6 moduling equipment and 4 pad printing machines.

Dhaval Corporation

In 2004, with their own machinery began supplying to Amul under his very own entity firm named Dhaval Corporation.

Turning Point

After constructing a facility in Vatva, they increased their capacity to three moulding machines and began serving industry titans like Amul, Haldiram, Vadilal, Bikaji, Bikano etc.

Started to set up a strong foundation

In 2014 began planning for a new manufacturing capacity at Sanand, GIDC. And In 2015, commenced making in-mould labelled (IML) goods. Amul butter served as the company's initial launchpad for its IML goods, which saw a resoundingly positive reception. All thanks to this achievement, the firm started providing services to the dairy, ice cream and confectionery sectors.

Expanded the Expertise

In 2018, expanded the production capacity and introduced new Production line with Automated Robots for the IML plastic containers for Food Packaging Industries.

Enhanced Efficiency

To ensure our production timeline aligns seamlessly with our IML packaging process, we've taken a significant step forward by integrating in-house IML labelling machinery. This addition has allowed us to enhance efficiency and quality control, giving us the flexibility to meet our production goals and maintain the highest standards in product labell

Global Footprint

DPPL has embarked on an exciting journey of expanding its global footprint. With newfound confidence, we have initiated exports to diverse markets, including Africa, Canada, Gulf Countries, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. This strategic move showcases our commitment to delivering our high-quality products to a wider international audience.

Current Status

With a total square footage of 1,50,000, 22 injection moulding machine with Robotic arms, and a dedicated workforce of more than 180 individuals, our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities are situated in Ahmedabad. With successful track record of 2 decades, we are happy to be PAN India's suppliers to well-known companies like Amul, Haldiram, and Vadilal.
